ADULTS ONLY (18+): Sabhyata Live & Shorts is an adults-only platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, access content, or participate in any platform activities. Age verification is required during registration.

At Sabhyata Live & Shorts, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all adult users (18+). Our team works around the clock to enforce our community guidelines and protect our community from harmful content and behavior.

We use a combination of advanced technology and human moderation to detect and remove content that violates our policies, and we empower our community to report concerns.

CHILD SAFETY PROTECTION

Sabhyata Live & Shorts explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any behavior that endangers minors. Protecting children is our highest absolute priority.

This child safety standard applies to mobile application "Sabhyata Live & Shorts" (package name: com.sabhyatalive.app), published by Sabhyata Live.

18+ PLATFORM - NO MINORS ALLOWED: Sabhyata Live & Shorts is strictly an adults-only (18+) platform. Minors are prohibited from creating accounts, accessing streams, or participating in any platform activities. We actively verify user ages and immediately terminate accounts of any users found to be under 18 years of age.

Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Sabhyata Live & Shorts explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to: visual depictions of sexual abuse of children, promotion or facilitation of child sexual abuse, grooming or predatory behavior toward minors, and possession or distribution of CSAM.

Our Strict Enforcement

18+ Age Requirement: All users must be 18 years or older. Age verification is mandatory during registration.
Prohibited Content: Sharing, promoting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any CSAE content results in immediate account termination and reporting.
Grooming: Any attempt to contact or groom minors for sexual purposes is strictly forbidden.
Sexual Suggestion: Any content depicting minors in sexually suggestive situations is prohibited.
Underage Account Termination: Any user discovered to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.

REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES: We actively cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and global law enforcement agencies. Every violation involving a minor is immediately reported with all identifying information.

How We Protect Minors

18+ Age Gate: Users must confirm they are 18 years or older before accessing the platform. We display an age verification screen before registration.
Advanced Detection: We use industry-standard automated scanning technology to identify and block known CSAM.
24/7 Priority Review: Reports involving child safety are escalated to the top of our moderation queue for immediate human review.
Account Removal: We strictly enforce our 18+ age requirement and remove any user found to be underage or attempting to contact minors inappropriately.

No Illegal Activities

Do not promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal activities including fraud, scams, or underage usage.

How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately:

In-App Reporting

Tap the three dots menu on any stream, message, or profile and select "Report". Choose the appropriate reason and provide any additional details.

Email Reporting

For urgent matters or detailed reports, email us at contact@sabhyatalive.com with:

The username of the account you're reporting
A description of the violation
Screenshots or recordings if available
Date and time of the incident

Emergency Situations

If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first. Then report the situation to us so we can take appropriate action on our platform.
